Location and Activities Spent an enjoyable Christmas at a lively hotel with a fabulous location right on the beach. Loved having access to the variety of water sports activities that were available through the hotel - it made the holiday so much more fun for ourselves and the kids. the holiday featured an all-inclusive package including a great selection of international food and drinks.
Language Barrier and overcrowded the hotel was overcrowded and noisy. the language barrier made it difficult to communicate.

We had an amazing stay at this luxury hotel. the exclusive amenities exceeded our expectations with an outdoor swimming pool, beach access, and a stunning garden area. the Spa & wellness centre was a definite highlight with its sauna and relaxing indoor swimming pool. the professional service from the staff was outstanding, and they went above and beyond to meet our needs. the room was spacious, and the bar/lounge area had a great variety of drinks.
The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of entertainment options at night. While there was a disco available, it would have been nice to have more activities to choose from.
